Hero Points from Retail Hero adds customer loyalty functionality to your Microsoft RMS installation, great for improving customer service and increasing return business. An add-on to Microsoft RMS, Retail Hero runs silently in the background, only drawing attention when rewards thresholds are met.
Similar in function to popular mass rewards programs, Hero Points gives you full control over your loyalty program without paying service charges or recurring fees. Customers can collect points by dollar, department, or even special items, allowing you to features departments and products you want to promote. Point redemption can also be customized, giving customers a dollar or percentage discount, or even free products.

- Fixed Point Collection - Spend a dollar, get a point
- Variable Collection - Get more points depending on department items came from
- Basket Mode - Higher points at transaction tiers
- Bonus Points - Extra points for a department, but the points expire quickly
- Welcome Points - All new customers receive extra points with first purchase
- Accelerators - Double or triple points during specific times or transaction tiers
- Exceptions - No points for certain transactions (work orders, layaway, etc.) unless a minimum purchase is met
