This product replaces the previous Datamax MicroFlash 2t/2te and 4t/4te models
Honeywell introduces their new family of mobile printers set to take over their existing lines. Built for the most rugged of environments, the two RP printers (the RP2 for 2" printer and the RP4 for 4" printing) are set to printer both your thermal receipts and direct thermal labels. With a range of connectivity options, this printer family will fit right in where your previous Honeywell or Datamax printer was in use. If you don´t already have a Honeywell printer in the mix, you can expect this printer family to be easy to pick up, use, and understand.
With an IP rating of IP54, the printers are sealed to protect against most dusty and moist locations. The quick printing will give you labels and receipts in-hand rapidly. With a backup battery on-board, the printer can run for an additional 20-120 seconds while the discharged battery is hot-swapped for a new one, leaving you with little to no downtime during printing.
