Intermec Label
Intermec labels are treated with a thermally sensitive coating making them ideal for direct thermal (ribbon-less) printing. They offer professional print quality and fair resistance to abrasion as well as some chemicals. All direct thermal labels are best suited to indoor applications like product ID where temperatures do not exceed 140°F (60°C).
Duratherm Label Types
- Duratherm II: A standard direct thermal label useful for shipping/receiving, LOGMARS, inventory control and product ID. The most affordable Duratherm label available.
- Duratherm Lightning: A direct thermal label which enables high quality printing at faster speeds than Duratherm II labels. Duratherm Lightning labels are useful for shipping/receiving, food storage, and product ID.
- Duratherm Lightning IR: A direct thermal label that provides high quality infrared printing at rapid speeds. Infrared labels must be scanned with an infrared capable scanner to ignore contamination by blood, dirt, or dust but visible light scanners work if the barcode is in fair condition. Suggested uses include shipping/receiving, medical labs, test tubes, security badges, and product ID.
Please choose your label media carefully. POSMicro does not accept returns on media (labels, ribbons, etc.
