The products available at POSMicro Outlet are overstock, open-box, used and clearance products available at discount prices. All hardware is carefully tested to ensure full operability. To ensure satisfaction with purchases from POSMicro Outlet, we list the condition of the products under the product description. Here’s an overview of what these conditions look like:
Like New:
- Product is "New" or "Like New".
- Original and undamaged box and interior packaging.
- Includes all standard parts and minor accessories such as sample media, mounting hardware, Velcro strips, etc.
- May still be covered by manufacturer warranty, but not guaranteed.
- Often times these are brand new, overstocked products.
- Product is "New" or "Like New".
- Box or packaging may be damaged, or product is packaged in a generic box.
- Includes all standard parts but may be missing minor accessories such as sample media, mounting hardware, Velcro strips, etc.
- May still be covered by manufacturer warranty, but not guaranteed.
- Product is used, but fully functional.
- When possible, we send the product back to the manufacturer before selling it to make sure it’s recertified.
- Product has been tested and cleaned to original manufacturer specs.
- Product may still contain scratches, dents, scuffmarks, possible cracks, or other signs of use.
- May be missing a necessary accessory such as a power cable, power supply, battery, etc.
